In an almost 200 year old factory building that was originally a hydro powered wired works mill, Victor and his wife Joan Morykin created the Stabin Morykin building. The 15,000 square ft. edifice became the home of the Victor Stabin Gallery but the building was big and it wanted more and more. Before our two heroes knew what they were in for they found they were the creators of the #1 Destination Restaurant and Cultural Center for a large radius-Mayhem ensued…….
